MUSCLE BUILD 

When it comes to building muscle, we say that nutrition is 80% of the job while exercise stands at 20%, & most people see it in the opposite direction.  This is proven when you go to the gym & see the same people there all of the time with no results.  Sometimes health conditions could be an issue, but other times they are focusing on “going to the gym” instead of allowing the gym to work for them.

 

For muscle building, your calorie count should be roughly 2400 for women & 2600 for men on a daily basis. Just because you have a high calorie count, it doesn't mean that you get to eat anything you want, in fact, it’s the complete opposite. 

    

This is a lifestyle change & not a diet, so incorporating lean meats, whole grains, foods that are high in protein, and healthy fats into your meals to get to your calorie count is a must.
